something fishy

This restaurant sign always makes me giggle when I pass it. I can just imagine someone's eyes lighting up as he/she squeals, "Sooooooomething's FISHY in here!!!" It's somewhere between intentionally and unintentionally cute.
Have I ever actually been there? Nah, I'm not the seafood type.

seawall
Between the beach and the road, there is a SEAWALL. The weather on the coast has a tendency to be WICKED, and sand has a tendency to blow.
Hence: a seawall exists.
Side note: absolutely no editing went into this photo. I couldn't come up with anything I could do to markedly improve it- even a crop- so here it is,
exactly as it was shot from the window of a moving car. THIS is what we call a "happy accident."
