vacuum

As far as I can tell, lens flares are generally a photographic faux pas, and I've never quite been able to understand why. Then again, my own

personal night vision has always included "lens flares," possibly because I've worn glasses since I was 8 (except when I occasionally wear contacts,

in which case all the starbursts turn to big annoying identically-sized halos); I have no idea if this is how normal people see the world. But if it's

the way I've always seen things, what's the problem with having such a "flaw" in my photos?

Photographic debates by a non-photographer aside, this is the Auto Bath Car Wash on Route 35.

i still love the color in this image... and the slight cant to the vacuums...

and i think lens flare can/could be an interesting addition to imagery... or maybe even a subject itself... but here, i wish it were gone...

Oh lol, this sure does bring back some memories. I have a wife. I have a son. And if I had done what my son did with a vacuum then well I wouldn't have a son, now would I? LOL. Oh it does bring back memories, though. The little thoughts pinging shoots of anger that remind me while I'll never be a grandfather.

m- Well, you know more about this stuff than I do, so I'll let you win this battle. But I'll still be muttering under my breath that I'm right.

Nikon- Still? Aw, you're sweet. :)
