I don't know what she is doing but the flesh tones are very interesting & so is her expression.
An unusual photograph. Just enough motion to make understanding what she is doing, impossible.

For those who are confused, I think she was checking out her fingernails. Possibly chewing them and then examining them, but I could be wrong. Some inspection of her hand was involved.
