tendrils

tendrils

Remember those squash roots? These are the tendrils of a buttercup squash. They grow up so fast! It's only a matter of time before I start showing you SQUASHES!

(Or, as I like to say, "SQUARSHES" with an R.)

(Try it. It's fun. Like "feeeeesh.")

Submitted to Macroday for "A Fine Line." (These tendrils really ARE very skinny and line-like... I've just magnified them until they're not.)

Great photo. I ate squash today, although it was crookneck.

I thought these were some kind of plastic chain. Amazing when you see what it is.
