[she's bought a hat like princess] marina
Taken last year, but regardless, most of yesterday's puddles turned to ice today.

Very nice winter composition in a place where you would not expect to see ice. This is salt water, isn't it? And NJ isn't that far north.
I just noticed the slogan on your header. As a former resident of Bergen County (and heading back for a visit next week), I don't think you should be apologetic. After all, it is the Garden State. But, um, then there is the Meadowlands around Newark Airpoty. And Camden.
When I saw this photo-op, I thought it was kind of odd, too; as far as I was aware, it WAS salt water... but it is a marina, so it might be a freshwater inlet or something.
Secondly, I try not to be apologetic. I never realized there was anything wrong with my state until I went to college in New York. But now, having had my eyes opened to the way the rest of the country views New Jersey, I thought I'd play off of that stereotype. :)
