Fort Hancock, on Sandy Hook, used to be an active military base; nowadays, the only active military presence is the U.S. Coast Guard (and its colorful signage!).

ONe time me and my friend were giving each other tatoos with a marker, and she drew an anchor on my arm and wrote 'ancher spanker' the end. thank you for your help.
