Once apon a time me and my friend were walking home from school. On our way, we spotted what apeard to be a bunny. But as we got closer, we noticed it was a bird finishing a bunny. I had seen the bird a round befor (it was big and easy to spot) and declard it 'Hawk' and 'Ours'. So sence we then officaly had the bird, we thought that we should name it. I wanted to name it Harvey (Birdman) but my friend thought that was stupid becaus it reminded her of 'Sabrina, the Teenage Witch'. So latter we went to a librarie to look up what kind of bird it was. As my friend was flipping through a picture book, she found a seagull. 'SEAGULL' she exclamed loudly. It was funny the was she said it. So we named him Seagull. He was an Osprey. I still see him some times.

We have them on the comeback here, too.
But kids can see their nests ( in the city park) & out come the stones.
I hope that they hang on.
Katelyn- So YOU'RE Peter Dynomite! I've been wondering about your Flickr account. That's a happy Seagull story. I like the idea of Harvey, though I like Avenger better. ;)
Nikon- I HOPE kids don't throw stones here, but I wouldn't be surprised if they did. I've already encountered a couple of boys who tormented a snapping turtle (that I found first!) while I watched.
josy- Ooo. Avenger is awsome. And its a great superawsome name.
