If you take Anatomy and Physiology at Monmouth University, you don't have to dissect anything. Why dissect when you have plastic models available?

Personally, I need some dissections in the course to meet grad school requirements, so (against my squeamish will) I've requested some. In response, the professor produced this hemisphere of a sheep's brain laminated into a plastic bag, and he has assured me that next week, I will have a real sheep's brain to dissect for myself.
